I bring a passion for storytelling that connects the dots, builds trust with audiences, and drives business impact. As a seasoned communications leader, I help leaders and organizations craft communications programs that don’t just inform - they truly resonate.
With over 15 years of experience in agency and in-house experience, I’ve shaped high-impact narratives for global companies, including HubSpot, Wayfair, and State Street. I have a knack for creating the right communications strategies and content to drive business change, motivate for action, and strengthen culture.
Most recently, as Head of Internal Communications at HubSpot, I re-energized the function to become proactive, strategic, and integral. With a globally distributed workforce of 8,000+ employees, my remit included overseeing the company-wide channels, producing quarterly leadership and company meetings, running a team in support of all enterprise-wide change management and employee initiatives, and leading on crisis comms. During my time at HubSpot, I also served as an Exec Comms Lead, helping the Chief Customer Officer and Global Head of Customer Success with their internal and external platforms. This included everything from Board of Directors presentations to global kickoffs and town halls, video blogs and regular blogs, change management, and thought leadership opps such as podcasts and speaking events.
